Great Nails & Spa Blaine is operated by Tuan Bui Inc. These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Great Nails & Spa Blaine (“Great Nails,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program description
We offer two separate, optional text-message programs. The informational program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes or cancellations. The marketing program sends recurring special offers, coupons, seasonal promotions, and salon news only to customers who separately opt in to marketing messages.
Consent and eligibility
Enrollment is optional. You opt in by entering your mobile number and actively checking the applicable SMS consent box on our online booking or in-store digital check-in form. Appointment-text consent and marketing-text consent use two independent boxes. Neither box is selected in advance. Choosing one program does not enroll you in the other, and neither consent is a condition of making a booking or purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, interactions, and selected program. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
